• Waitlist sign-up: your email address, the language you were browsing in, the page you signed up from, the time of your consent and the time you confirmed it via the link in our email (double opt-in).
• Technical data: when you visit the site our hosting provider processes your IP address, browser type and the pages requested in server logs for security and stability.
• Cookie preferences: your choice in the cookie banner is stored locally in your browser (see our Cookie Policy).

3. Why we process your data

• To send you a notification when our shop launches and an early-bird offer, based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time.
• To operate, secure and improve this website, based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• To comply with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. The website and the waitlist database are hosted by Vercel Inc. and its database partner. Emails are sent through an email service provider. All providers process data only on our instructions under data processing agreements. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

5. How long we keep your data

• Waitlist email addresses: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, and at the latest 12 months after our launch if you have not opted in to further communication.
• Server logs: typically up to 30 days.
• Cookie preferences: stored in your browser until you clear them.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
